These Terms govern your access to and use of IPROG DRIVE (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2. Service Description
- The Service connects to your Google Drive (via OAuth) to read and write files/folders you select for website generation and hosting.
- If a
public_html
folder or public_html/index.html
does not exist, the Service may create them automatically to initialize your site.
- You may create folders, upload files, and manage content through the site; changes auto-sync with your selected Google Drive locations.
- We may provide optional features such as domain mapping, caching, and deployment tooling.
3. Google OAuth & Permissions
- You authorize us to access only the Google Drive scopes required to perform actions you request.
- You can revoke access anytime in your
Google Account settings.
- We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use) and do not use Google data for advertising.
4. Your Content & License
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, cache, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You will not use the Service to:
- Send or host spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content (including impersonation of banks/official institutions).
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or violate any law, regulation, or third-party terms.
- Interfere with or abuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, or overload our infrastructure.
- Host content that is unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.
6. Fees, Credits & Refunds (if applicable)
- Some features may require payment or credits. Prices and billing terms will be shown in-app or during checkout.
- Taxes may apply. You authorize us or our processors to charge your chosen payment method.
- Refunds, if any, are handled per the policy stated in-app or on our website.
7. Availability & Changes
- We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice to improve or protect the Service.
- We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google access.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for operational/security reasons.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops; some obligations (e.g., payment, indemnity) may survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPROG DRIVE and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IPROG DRIVE and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Palawan, Philippines, unless otherwise required by law.
