Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2025
This policy explains how IPROG DRIVE (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and basic profile from your sign-in provider (e.g., Google).
- OAuth tokens: access/refresh tokens required to access the Drive files/folders you authorize.
- User content you choose to publish or manage: site files such as
public_html/index.html
, HTML/CSS/JS assets, images, and other files within the folders you select. - File metadata: IDs, names, MIME types, sizes, checksums, modified dates, and paths for syncing and versioning.
- Service logs: sign-ins, creates/updates/deletes, deployments, sync events, errors, IP address, and user agent (for security/abuse prevention).
2. How we use your data
- Authenticate your account and provide core features (build, deploy, view, and manage your site).
- Read and write files/folders you select in Google Drive to enable site management (e.g., create folders, upload files, rename, move, or delete at your request).
- Auto-sync changes between the site and your Google Drive to keep content up to date.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the service (monitoring performance, preventing abuse, and resolving support issues).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Google Drive, OAuth & Sync
- We request only the permissions needed to access the specific Drive files/folders you choose.
- With your instructions, we may create folders (e.g.,
public_html
), upload files, and update or delete content in those locations to keep your site working. - If
public_html/index.html
does not exist, we may generate it automatically so your site has a homepage. - You can revoke access anytime via your Google Account settings.
- We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) and do not use Google data for advertising.
4. Data retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the service or as required by law. We may use short-lived caching to speed up builds/syncs. We apply administrative and technical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve our protections.
5. Your rights
Under the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent by revoking Google access at any time.
